Home Made Ice-Cream

What is Ice-Cream? quote from Wikipedia , ice-cream is a frozen dessert usually made from dairy products, such as milk and cream, and often combined with fruits or other ingredients and flavours.






there is several ways to make ice-cream such as Use a Ice-cream maker machine.
But a non-machine ice-cream making AKA mannual,will be more Fun and bonding for family, especially the one with young kids :D it just take longer time to make the ice-cream compare to using ice-cream machine

you need :
100 ml whipping cream
100 ml fresh milk
25 g sugar
Vanila, Blueberry, strawberry , Cendol, Mango or whatever flavour your family want it.
Mix all the ingredients



If you don't have whipping cream ,try out this
100 ml coconut cream, I use Kara UHT natural coconut cream
100 ml fresh milk
25 g sugar




Mix all the ingredients








1. Take one big Ziplock bag , fill in 4 tray of ice cube, and 250 g of coarse salt, mix it.








2. pour in the mix ingredients into a smaller Ziplock bag , use a good quality one and make sure you lock it very tight.






3.  Put the smaller ziplock bag into the bigger one, and start massage it or sake it, until the ice-cream in the smaller ziplock bag become harden. take it out and wash it in the ranning water. Ready to eat your own handmade non-machine ice-cream.
