Ingredients:
10 water chestnut, if you can't find water chestnut, replace it with turnips
3 Tbsp tapioca Flour
a few drops of food colouring paste
a few drops of food colouring paste
1 can of heavy syrup longan
Jack fruits ,diced (optional).
How to ?
Boil the water in a pan.
diced the water chestnut into 0.5 cm, put in the food colouring, stir until it cover well. pour in 3 Tsbp tapioca flour, stir again until it coat all. pour all into the boiling water, let it boil, rinse and pour into ice water. drain it. Add into longan heavy syrup, garnish with cubed jack fruits, serve cool.

Bahan2:
10 water chestnut, kalau tidak tersedia, gantikan dengan bangkuang.
3 sdm tepung sagu
beberapa tetes pewarna
1 kaleng lengkeng kalengan
nangka, dipotong kotak kalau suka
Caranya:
Didihkan air dalam panci, potong water chestnut dalam bentuk dadu kira-kira 0.5 cm, beri pewarna, aduk hinga tercampur rata. Taburkan tepung sagu, aduk kembali, hingga tepung sagu menutup semuanya. tuangkan kedalam panci berisi air yang mendidih, godok sebentar, sampai airnya mendidih kembali. angkat masukkan kedalam air es, supaya tidak menyatu, tiriskan.
Tuang kedalam mangkok besar berisikan lengkeng kalengan, hias dengan nangka, siap di santap.
