French toast

Always serving normal bread for breakfast, try French toast.
Bosan menyajikan roti untuk sarapan, coba French toast.

you need:
8 slices bread,cut diagonal into 4 small triangles
4 egg yolks
200 ml fresh milk
1/8 tsp salt
unsalted butter for pan fry

Bahan2:
8 keping roti tawar, potong diagonal emnjadi 4 potong segitiga kecil
4 butir kuning telor
200 ml susu segar
1/8 sdt garam halus
mentega tawar untuk gongseng


Method:
1. Beat yolks,fresh milk and salt with fork until well blended
2. Heat the pan over medium-low heat with 1/2 tsp of butter
3. Place the bread slices, one at a time, into the bowl or plate, coat it with the egg mixture,coat only as many slices as you will be cooking at one time.
4. Transfer bread slices to the pan, heating slowly for a few second or until bottom is golden brown. Turn and brown the other side, remove bread from the pan, transfer to toaster/oven, n bake for another 10 minutes. Serve hot
If you are using Oven, set the temperature to 180 degree Celsius

Caranya:
1. kocok telor, susu segar dan garam dengan garpu hingga tercampur rata
2. panaskan wajan anti lengket dengan api sedang - kecil dengan 1/2 sdt mentega
3. lapiskan roti dengan campuran telor, sekali lewat saja, jangan rendam. celup sebanyak roti yang muat di wajan.
4. masukkan roti ke wajan, masak dua sisi, begitu warna mencapai kecoklatan, angkat dan sisihkan, bila jumlahnya sudah cukup banyak, pindahkan ke toaster/oven, panggang selama 10 menit. Sajikan panas.
Jika Oven yang digunakan, atur suhu ke 180C
