Put in chopper/grind
50 g shallots
20 g garlic
3 pcs lemon grass
3 cm galangal (blue ginger)
5 candlenuts
6 big chillies
1 tsp Balachan(prawn paste)
30 g yellow ginger
1/2 tsp salt

Bumbu halus:
50 g bawang merah
20 g bawang putih
3 batang sere
3 cm langkuas
5 butir kemiri
6 cabe besar
1 sdt terasi
30 g kunyit
1/2 sdt garam
2 sdm minyak sayur

1 packet of laksa beehoon
200 g ikan tenggiri, kukus, ambil dagingnya, tumbuk halus.

1.5 litre water
200 ml / 1 box og Kara coconut milk
salt to taste.
1.5 liter air
200 ml / 1 kotak santan Kara
garam sesuai selera
Method:
1. heat the oil, stir in the grind ingredients for 5 minutes.
2. boil water, coconut milk and salt. Add in the fried grind ingredients, stir well, don't let it over boil.
3. add in mashed fish
4. serve hot with Laksa beehoon
Caranya:
1. panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus hingga wangi, selama 5 menit
2. masak air, santan dan garam, masukkan bumbu halus yg telah di tumis, aduk2 bentar, santannya harus di jaga agar tidak pecah.
3. masukkan daging ikan yang telah di tumbuk.
4. Sajikan panas dengan bihun kasar/bihun laksa.

hias dengan bawang goreng, daun laksa dan bunga kecombrang.
