Rockmelon sago fruit punch
Tried this Fruit punch at a wedding banquet, Love it so much.
Mixture:
boil 250 ml water plus 60 g coarse sugar. remove from the stove, let it cool down.
add in 350 g pureed rockmelon and 150 g rockmelon ,cubed
Prepare :
50 g small sago
soak sago in water for 10 minutes, drain the water pour sago into the boiling water .
boil and stir until the sago's colour turn clear , remove from the stove, drain it, run all the sago through tap water.
Pour into the mixture. Chill well before serving
Saat menghadiri udangan pesta perkawinan, disuguhkan pencuci mulut ini, langsung jatuh hati ke minuman ini karena rasanya sangat segar.
Campuran Jus:
didihkan 250 ml air dengan 60 g gula pasir, matikan kompor dan biarkan dingin.
Tambahkan kedalamnya 350 g rockmelon yang telah di blender halus dan 150 g rockmelon yang telah di potong kotak kecil2. (kalau tidak tersedia buah rockmelon. silakan menggantikan dengan buah2 lain yang sedang musim saat itu)
Rendam sago dalam air selama 10 menit, baung airnya, lalu masukkan ke dalam air mendidih, aduk dan masak hinga sago berubah warna menjadi bening transparan. angkat dari kompor, saring dan buang airnya, lalu dengan tetap menggunakan wadah saringan, cuci lendir2 sagu di bawah sirapan air ledeng/air minum biasa, akan terlihat bentuk cantik sagu kecil2 dan transparan.
Tuang kedalam campuran Jus, dinginkan di kulkas, dan siap di sajikan dingin.
Salted Plum Calamansi Drink
Quench your thirst on a hot day. Pregnant Ladies lust for it.
Hot syrup:
Boil 200 ml water plus 30 g coarse sugar
prepare:
3 whole white salted plums
3 whole white salted plums, take out the seeds, and cut the salted plums meat into small pieces
5 Ice cubes
3 Calamansi
Method :
1. Place whole salted plums and finely chopped one into a glass. Pour in the hot syrup, stir well.
2. Add in Ice cubes.
3. Squeezed in the calamansi inside the glass , it will give an intense lime essence, Serve Cool.
Minuman segar penyegar dahaga pada hari yang panas. Wanita hamil pasti sangat menyukainya.

Deep Fried Pork Chop
You Need :
1 kg pork chop, devided into 4
Merinade:
2 Tbsp light soya sauce
1 Tbsp sweet soya sauce
1 Tbsp HP sauce
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp Corn flour
1 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
30 ml water
a handfull og chopped coriander leaves n spring onion.
Method :

Oreo Cheese Cake
Craving for Cheese, opt for Oreo Cheese cake, still a non bake cheese cake , except for the crust.
Crust:
125 g butter
25 g icing sugar
1 egg yolk
175 g all purpose flour , freshly shifted
Cream the butter for 5 minutes, add in the icing sugar beat until creamy for another 5 minutes at medium speed. add the yolk, beat until wellmix. Fold in the flour bit by bit.
Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius Spread thinly on a square baking pan, bake for 20-25 minutes, or until it turn golden brown. let it cool.
Break into chunks. place in a blender and pulse untuil finely ground.
prepare a 12" spring- form pan .Using your hands press firmly into a even layer on the bottom of pan. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before using.
Filling:

225 g cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup or 115 g icing sugar
60 ml fresh orange juice
1/2 tsp orange zest
300 ml whipping cream, whipped
100 g Oreo, removed the cream at the centre, chop coarsely

siapkan loyang khusus cheese cake bulat ukuran 12 inci, gunakan tangan, tekan2 hingga tersebar merata di dasar loyang, masukan ke kulkas, dinginkan selama paling dikit satu jam. boleh di diamkan hingga keesokkan hari.

2. Kocok cream cheese dengan kecepatan menengah, 3 menit, masukkan gula, parutan kulit orange, jus orange, kocok lagi 3 menit, lalu tuang larutan gelatin kedalam, kocok hingga rata.
3. masukkan di kulkas.
4. Kocok shipping cream, hingga mulai membeku, ingat kalau di kocok terus, whipping cream malah akan mencair kembali. keluarkan campuran cream cheese dari kulkas, lalu aduk whipping cream kedalamnya dengan sendok kayu, hingga merata, terakhir masukkan 100 g Oreo yang di tumbuk kasar. Tuang ke atas lapisan dasar yang telah di siapkan tadi, hias pinggirnya dengan bubuk halus Oreo. Dinginkan dua jam, siap disajikan.

Orange Strawberries Cheese Cake
For Cheese lover, a non bake cheese cake , except for the crust.

Cream the butter for 5 minutes, add in the icing sugar beat until creamy for another 5 minutes at medium speed. add the yolk, beat until wellmix. Fold in the flour bit by bit.
Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius Spread thinly on a square baking pan, bake for 20-25 minutes, or until it turn golden brown. let it cool.
Break into chunks. place in a blender and pulse untuil finely ground.
prepare a 12" spring- form pan .Using your hands press firmly into a even layer on the bottom of pan. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before using.
Filling:
1 tbsp Gelatine powder
2 tbsp cold water
225 g cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup or 115 g icing sugar
60 ml fresh orange juice
1/2 tsp orange zest
300 g whipping cream, whipped
2 punnet of strawberries, cut into 2 or 3
1. Soak gelatine with water for 10 minutes. Warm over low heat until gelatine has dissolved. leave to cool.
2. Cream the cheese cream for 3 minutes, add in sugar, orange Juice, orange zest, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended or around 3 minutes. Add in Gelatine mix it well.
3. chill in the refrigerator until slight;y thickened, fold in whipped cream. Pour over crust, top with strawberries, chill for 2 hours.
2 hours later prepare topping:
2 tbsp gelatine
4 tbsp water
2 1/2 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp water
a few drops Red food colouring
1. Soak the gelatine with 2 tbsp of water for 10 minutes
2. in a smallpan prepare to heat 6 tbsp water with 2 1/2 tbsp sugar, until sugar has completely dissolved. remove from the stove, pour into the gelatine mixture and stir until completely melted, tint with red food colouring.
3. Pour over partially set filling and distribute evenly. Refrigerate for one hour and serve.
untuk penggemar Cheese, Cheese cake tanpa di panggang. Kecuali bagian dasarnya.

2 jam kemudian siapkan topping:
2 sdm tepung gelatin
4 sdm air
2 1/2 sdm gula pasir
6 sdm air
beberapa tetes pewarna makanan merah.
1. rendam gelatin dalam 4 sdm air, diamkan selama 10 menit
2. masak gula pasir dalam 6 sdm air, hingga gulanya larut, tuang kedalam campuran gelatin aduk hingga semua tercampur rata, beri pewaran makanan merah.
3. Keluarkan cheese cake dari kulkas , dan tuang rata di bagian atas dari kueh, dingin kembali selama satu jam, siap di sajikan.

Grill Mint garlic butter prawn
For seafood lover
6 fresh prawns
mixture:
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp mince mint
1 tsp salt
5 clove garlic finely chopped
1. Preheat the Oven at 200 degree Celsius
2. Butterfly the prawns by slitting length ways, set aside.
3. spread the mixture equally to the prawn.
4. Grill until pink and translucent. About 10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot

1 sdt garam
5 siung bawang putih
Caranya :
1. Panaskan Oven hingga 200 derajat Selsius
2. Belah abgian punggung dr udang hingga berbentuk kupu2, buang kotoran, sisihkan
3. oleskan merata bumbu halus ke bagian punggung dari udang.
4. bakar hingga Udang berwarna ke merahan. kira-kira 10 - 15 menit. Hidangkan panas.

Bread Butter Pudding
You need
3 slices of bread, each devided into 4, spread butter on one side only
1 tbsp butter for spreading on the bread and greasing
40 g sugar
1 large egg (60 g including shell)
250 ml fresh milk
method :
1. preheat the Oven to 185 degree Celsius.
2. Grease ovenproof dish with butter
3. Whisk fresh milk, egg and sugar for 5 minutes
4. Arrange bread in the dish, butterside up , pour in the milk mixture.
5 bake for 40 minutes, or until the pudding turn golden brown. Serve
Bahan2:
3 keping roti tawar, buang pinggirnya dan masing2 keping potong jadi 4 ,olesin mentega satu sisi saja
1 sdm mentega utk memoles roti dan melapisi pangangan tahan panas
40 g gula pasir
1 butir telor ayam besar ( 60 g per butir di timbang termasuk cangkang telor)
250 ml susu segar
caranya :
1. panaskan Oven hingga suhu 185 derajat Selsius
2. Olesin wadah tahan panas dengan mentega
3. kocok pakai kocokan tangan, susu, gula dan telor selama 5 menit
4. tata roti dalam wadah tahan panas/loyang dengan bagian yg diolesi mentega menghadap ke atas. tuang campuran susu tadi.
5. pangang 40 menit atau hingga pudding berwarna kuning ke emasan, siap di sajikan.
Mama Mc Chicky
It's a Lemon Bake chicken wing actually, my children always call it as Mama Mc Chicky
You need :
1 kg Chicken wings
1 lemon, squeeze the juice , zest the skin
Merinade sauce:
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tbsp sweet soya sauce,
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1 tbsp potato starch
1 Tbsp cooking oil
1. pour the lemon juice into the chicken wings mix it well, drain it. add in lemon zest and merinade sauce.
2. Merinade the chicken wings for at least 2 hours, the longer the better.
3. Bake at 200 degree Celcius for 30 minutes, or until the chicken wing turn golden brown, serve hot.
Suitable for BBQ
Sebenarnya ini sayap rasa lemon, hanya saja sejak kecil anak2 selalu menamakan mama Mc Chicky setiap mereka kangen masakan ini. :D
bahan :
1 kg sayap ayam.
1 jeruk lemon, parut kulit luarnya, ambil jus nya, sisihkan
bumbu perendam : aduk campur
1/2 sdt garam
2 sdm kecap asin
1 sdm kecap manis ABC
1 sdt gula pasir
1/2 sdt bubuk lada putih
1 sdm tepung kentang, boleh di substitusi dengan sagu, kalau susah mendapatkan tepung kentang, karena fungsinya hanay melembutkan daging ayam.
1 sdm minyak sayur
caranya :
1.tuang jus lemon ke dalam sayap, aduk hingga rata, tiris hingga tak tersisa cairan jus lemon. tambahkan kulit lemon yg telah di parut tadi.
2. rendam dengan bumbu perendam , paling dikit 2 jam, makin lama makin enak.
3. panggang dalam oven dengan suhu 200 derajat Selsius selama 30 menit, atau hingga sayap berwaran kuning ke emasan.
cocok juga di panggang langsung di atas bara arang, sajikan panas.
Kueh dadar
Filling :
100 g palm sugar (Gula melaka)
40 ml water
250 g grated coconut, skin removed
1/3 tsp salt
2 tsp sifted glutinous rice flour
1/2 tsp butter
Batter :
100 g sifted plain flour
20 pandan leaves
1 large egg (60g included shell)
1/3 tsp salt
170 ml water

Cook palm sugar with water till dissolves. Add grated coconut, salt and stir. Add butter, stir and last add in the glutinous rice flour mix well. set aside.
Batter:
Blend water with pandan Leaves in a blender, Drain it. mix with flour , egg salt and whisk it until the batter become very smooth.
by using low heat, fry small crepe in the non-stick pan. Frying on one side only. Remove from the pan, place it on a wooden board n spread the coconut filling on the crepe fold it into a square shape, ready to serve.

100 g gula aren
40 ml air
250 g kelapa parut buang kulit

adonan kulit :
100 g tepung terigu biasa, di ayak
20 lembar daun pandan wangi/daun suji
1 butir telor ukuran besar (60 g termasuk cangkang)
1/3 sdt garam
170 ml air
Untuk isi:
panaskan air dan gula aren sampai meleleh, masukan kelapa dan garam, aduk hingga rata, tambahkan mentega, terakhir masukkan tepung ketan, aduk hinggga rata, sisihkan.
untuk dadar:
Blender daun pandan dan air, saring.
masukkan tepung ke baskom kecil, bentuk lobang ditengah, masukkan telor, air pandan, garam, kocok dengan kocokan tangan hingga adonan licin, siap digunakan.
Gunakan api kecil, panaskan wajan anti lengket, pada permulaan beri sedikit minyak, lalu mulailah bikin dadar, ingat hanya satu sisi yg dipanaskan. Angkat dadar dan letakan di atas talenan isi dengan kelapa, n lipat dalam bentuk persegi empat. siap di sajikan

Caramello bake banana
You need
4 pcs any type of banana
1 tsp butter
caramel :
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp water
1/2 tsp butter
1/2 tsp fresh cream
Methods :
bake the bananas inthe toaster for 5 minutes.
pan fried with butter for another 5 minutes, set aside
Heat the sugar and butter till light brown under low heat, pour in the water, let it simmer for a while, add in the fresh cream, pour onto the bake banana.

sediakan 4 buah pisangan barangan, atau jenis pisang lain sesuai kesukaan anda
1 sdm mentega (butter)
bahan caramel :
2 sdm gula
1 sdm air
1 sdt mentega

Crispy flower crab
For the seafood lover, a very yummy crispy flower crab, do remember to fried it two times to achieve the crispiness !!!
You need :
8 medium to small size fresh, live flower crab, clean , chopped into two part
Finely chopped:
30 g Spring onion
20 g old ginger
6 cloves garlic
1 big red chilly
1 tsp salt
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp of cooking wine (option)
1 tbsp tapioca flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp white pepper powder
1 egg white, slightly beaten
100 g of tapioca flour for coating
1 L of oil for deep fried
Method :
1. Mix all the finely chopped ingredienst with salt, sugar, cooking wine, tapioca flour, baking powder, pepper powder, stir well, add in egg white. apply all over the flower crabs.
2. Marinade for at least 1 hour.
3. heat the oil, coat the merinated flower crabs with tapioca flour, fry it for a while ( half cooked) set aside.
4. when serving do deep fried again, until golden brown. Serve Hot.
Dibutuhkan :

Bumbu halus :
30 g daun bawang
20 g jahe tua
6 siung bawang putih
1 cabe merah besar
1 sdt garam
1 sdt gula
1 sdm arak masak (Option)
1 sdm tepung sagu
1 sdt baking powder
1 sdt bubuk lada puti1 sdp air jeruk
1 butir putih telor, kocok sebentar
100 g tepung sagu untuk lapisan sebelum di goreng
1 Liter minyak goreng
1. campurkan semua bahan halus dengan, gula, garam, arak masak, air jeruk, sagu baking powder, bubuk lada putih, aduk hingga rata, masukkan putih telor, aduk kembali, oleskan ke rajungan, dan diamkan paling sedikit satu jam agar menyerap.
2. panaskan minyak, goreng rajungan sebentar aja atau setengah matang, angkat tiriskan.
3. Goreng kembali rajungan saat mau di sajikan hingga waran ke coklatan.. sajikan panas
