You Need :
1 kg pork chop, devided into 4
Merinade:
2 Tbsp light soya sauce
1 Tbsp sweet soya sauce
1 Tbsp HP sauce
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp Corn flour
1 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
30 ml water
a handfull og chopped coriander leaves n spring onion.
Method :
1 Combine Pork chop with all marinade seasoning , mix well. Marinate for 3 hours
2. Heat up oil , deep fry until golden brown, drain and serve hot with salad.
