You need:
200 g crab meat from any supermarket, or if you want the fresher taste of crab meat, buy 3 small live crab,1 kg in quantity, boil and take out the meat by yourself.
2 tbsp cooking wine
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1 tbsp potato starch
1.5 litres chicken stock
1 box sweet corn
4 fresh asparagus (Option), cut into 2 cm length
100 g finely chopped ham
2 eggs white
1 tbsp water
2 tbsp potato starch
Coriander leaves for garnish
Bahan2 :
200 g daging kepiting, bisa beli di supermarket, tapi jika ingin yang lebih segar, beli 3 ekor kepiting kecil hidup sejumlah 1 kilo, lalu rebus, dan ambil dagingnya.
2 sdm arak masak
1 sdm minyak wijen
1/4 sdt bubuk lada putih
1 sdm tepung kentang
1.5 liter kaldu ayam
1 kotak jagung manis
4 batang asparagus segar, kalau ada, potong sepanjang 2 cm
100 g daging ham, potong kotak kecil
2 butir putih telor
1 sdm air minum
2 sdm tepung kentang
Daun ketumbar untuk hiasan
Method :
1. Mix cooking wine, same oil, white pepper and potato starch. Set aside
2. place the crab meat in a shallow dish, pour in the mixed wine, marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Heat the chicken stock, add in the sweet corn, cut asparagus, using medium heat bring to boil .
4. add in the crab meat, bring to boil.
5. add in the chopped ham
6. mix 2 tbsp potato starch with eggs white and water, slightly beat it with a folk . Using a strainer on top of the boiling soup, pour 1 tbsp of the egg white mixture, move in the direction of back and forth for all the rest of the egg white mixture.
7. Transfer to a tureen and garnish with Coriander leaves.
Serve hot!
Caranya:
1. campur bersama, arak masak, minyak wijen, bubuk lada putih dan tepung kentang, sisihkan
2. taruh daging kepiting di mangkok, tuang campuran arak tadi, rendam selama 15 menit.
3. panaskan kaldu ayam, masukkan jagung manis, asparagus, gunakan api sedang, masak hingga mendidih.
4. Masukkan daging kepiting, didihkan kembali
5. masukkan daging ham yang telah di potong2
6. Campurkan 2 sdm tepung kentang , 1 sdm air kedalam putih telor, kocok sebentar dengan garpu, dengan menggunakan saringan, diatas soup yang mendidih tadi , tuang 1 sdm campuran putih telor, dengan menggunakan gerakan maju mundur , secara perlahan sendok demi sendok, hingga semua putih telro terpakai habis.
7. pindahkan ke mangkok, hias dengan daun ketumbar, sajikan panas!

7. pindahkan ke mangkok, hias dengan daun ketumbar, sajikan panas!
